Las cifras oficiales de personas contagiadas y fallecidas por COVID-19 en #Ecuador corresponden solo una parte de la realidad, en concreto a la población que tuvo acceso a las pruebas. Sin embargo, consideramos necesario conocer estas cifras y exigirlas, porque acceder a información clara y oportuna es fundamental para actuar durante la emergencia sanitaria. Aquí compartimos los datos oficiales desglosados:

🥼 Datos del Ministerio de Salud:

🔬 Se han realizado 32.453 pruebas para detectar COVID-19, de estas ➕ 10.128 personas dieron positivo a la prueba de diagnóstico de COVID-19, y ➖ 9.732 dieron negativo. 💪🏽 1.150 personas recibieron alta hospitalaria, 🏘️ 8.091 personas que se mantienen estables con aislamiento domiciliario, 🏥 256 personas hospitalizadas y 124 personas hospitalizadas con pronóstico reservado.

⚰️ 507personas han fallecido con diagnóstico positivo de COVID-19 y 826 personas que probablemente fallecieron por el virus, pero no se ha determinado. En total: 1.333 personas fallecieron con diagnóstico y sin diagnóstico.

😷 Estos son los datos de personas con COVID-19 confirmado por provincia: Guayas 6.921, Pichincha 841, Los Ríos 378, Manabí 296, El Oro 266, Azuay 232, Santa Elena 163, Cañar 145, Loja 128, Chimborazo 116, Esmeraldas 102, Sto. Domingo de los Tsáchilas94, Tungurahua 74, Cotopaxi 57, Galápagos 54, Bolívar 54, Imbabura 49, Carchi 35, Sucumbíos 34, Morona Santiago 30, Pastaza 20, Zamora Chinchipe 20, Orellana 10, Napo 9.

⛲ Otras fuentes:

☎️ El Servicio Integrado de Seguridad ECU 911 informó que las llamadas por incidentes se han incrementado desde la declaratoria de emergencia sanitaria y subieron aún más desde la declaratoria del Estado de Excepción.

▪️ A nivel nacional, con excepción de Guayas, los tipos de emergencias atendidas son: consultas médicas 20,50%, mal estado general 11,20%, eventos clínicos 9,59%, problemas digestivos 8,40%, problemas respiratorios 7,00%, fiebre 5,10%y otras causas 38,30%.

▪️ En Guayas las cifras son mayores respecto a las cifras nacionales: consultas médicas 22,10%, mal estado general 7,90%, eventos clínicos 24,30%, problemas digestivos 3,20%, problemas respiratorios 11,90%, fiebre 9,50%y otras causas 21,10%.

📞 Desde el 14 de marzo hasta el 19 de abril, se registraron 21.621 llamadas ciudadanas al ECU911 a nivel nacional, denunciando concentraciones de personas. El 24 de marzo fue el día que más llamadas se registraron: 1.579.

📳Desde el 17 de marzo hasta el 19 de abril, también se registraron 42.873 llamadas por parte de la ciudadanía denunciando el incumplimiento del toque de queda. Las provincias donde más se registran estás denuncias son: Manabí, Esmeraldas y Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas.

🧫 Hasta el momento el secuenciador molecular de alto rendimiento no ha llegado al 100% de su capacidad operativa, por lo que todavía hay pruebas represadas, según informó María Paula Romo, ministra de Gobierno. Sin embargo, el presidente de la República, Lenín Moreno, hasta este miércoles se procesarán las 12.500 muestras que están represadas.

Cifras oficiales de la pandemia de la Covid19, entregadas por cada Estado, a nivel mundial:

👥 Casi 2 millones y medio de personas contagiadas en 215 países.

🇪🇨Ecuador ocupa el puesto N° 27 a nivel mundial, y el cuarto en Sudamérica, con mayor número de contagios, después de Brasil, Perú y Chile.

📌 Medidas:

🚙 Todos los salvoconductos emitidos durante el primer mes de la emergencia sanitaria dejarán de ser válidos esta semana. Los ciudadanos tendrán 48 horas y las empresas 96 horas para solicitar la emisión de nuevos salvoconductos en la plataforma web de trámites ciudadanos y del Ministerio de Gobierno. Quienes hayan sido sancionados por mal uso de salvoconducto no podrá volver a obtener un nuevo documento, informó la ministra María Paula Romo.

⚖️ La Fiscalía General del Estado habilitó la opción para realizar denuncias en línea por violencia contra la mujer y el núcleo familiar en su página web: www.fiscalia.gob.ec. Informó también que los testigos del cometimiento de delitos relacionados con violencia intrafamiliar también pueden denunciar, no solo las víctimas.

▶️ El Municipio de Quito informó que desde el 22 de abril se reabrirán ocho centros de abasto en el Distrito Metropolitano:

🌎 OMS declara a Ecuador país prioritario para atención sanitaria para la recepción de insumos, por ello el presidente Lenín Moreno dispuso al ministro de Salud que envíe la lista de los insumos a la brevedad posible, para que el país pueda recibirlos.

The official numbers of people infected and deaths by COVID-19 in #Ecuador shows only one part of the reality, specifically the population that had access to the tests. However, we consider it necessary to be familiar with these numbers and demand them because accessing clear and timely information is essential to act during the sanitary emergency. Here we share the official facts broken down:

🥼 Facts from the Ministry of Health:

They have conducted 32,453 tests to detect COVID-19, of those ➕ 10,128 people tested positive to the diagnostic COVID-19 test, and ➖ 9,732 tested negative.
